The house was perfect for our stay. Located near freeway and Peoria Sports Complex. Patio area seating very comfortable for afternoon relaxation. Lots of room inside the house as well. Kitchen well stocked to cook. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

This property was immaculate when we arrived and we not only loved the location, and amenities, but the decor was simple yet modern and the kitchen was so open and inviting. Preparing meals there was the highlight of a few of our evenings there. We very much enjoyed the pool to cool off after the days' acitivities and sightseeing. We will definitely come back!

Lovely home

This was a lovely home that was just right for some colleagues and I to come in for a conference. We didn't use the pool due to time and weather, but it was great. Very clean, comfortable home. Christine was lovely to work with and texted to check in on us on the second day. I would stay here again.

Great Experience and host! A first-class property in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed 6 nights at this home and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property is as described in listing, or even better. Kitchen completely stocked with newer appliances, utensils. There is a tv in each bedroom and the living room. Everything in the house seems new, or in like-new condition. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to restaurants, stores and walking paths. The back yard pool is very clean and refreshing. We had fun with the four hole putting green and found it to be challenging with some tricky angles. Games are provided for both indoor and outdoor activities. The fire pit provided a nice area to sit around during the evenings. The host is very responsive to communications and any issues that may arise during a stay. We will definitely be back when we can stay longer, perhaps this fall.
