If you are on a budget and pinching Pennie’s, this could work for you - however, it’s definitely a place to lay your head and then hit the road the next day. PROS There is a small refrigerator in the room Rooms and linens were clean Taco Bell was like 50 feet from the facility CONS HVAC unit was noisy every time it kicked on Room poorly maintained (shoddy repair work) Lobby was closed at 5:50pm (clerk said they close it when it gets dark) Facility also does weekly rentals which invites people who loiter outside (I felt a little unsafe at times)

Our room was not clean, and the restroom flooded—literally. When I notified the room service staff, she mentioned that this particular room frequently experiences clogs. If that’s the case, it’s surprising that a toilet plunger wasn’t readily available. The overflow created a significant mess, and overall, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I’m genuinely puzzled by the positive reviews this property has received.

The bathroom floor was still covered with cleaner and super slippery, I’m a pregnant woman, we had to use our clean towels to clean and cover the floor before I could use the restroom.

The rooms were well made, but didn’t smell good. One of the rooms I received had a bath room door that nearly hit my head due to not being on hinges. The desk staff kindly gave me another room.

there were people living in their cars, parked right at the side of the stairs that I needed to go up in order to get to my room. I asked the lady to put me in a nearby room toward the office because I was nervous kind of scared to be in the back. And she of course, puts me in the back. There were a lot of homeless and trash in the parking lot and random people walking around at midnight smoking and doing God knows what else. It was super sketchy. I saw the security sitting in the locked office area (to protect themselves) talking with the lady when he should’ve been walking around outside making sure everything was OK. The office lady had her gray minivan, parked right at the drop off area in front of the office. All night. So that goes to show she doesn’t feel comfortable either.

The hotel was a total rat hole. Homeless people & hookers wandering around all night long. The room was dirty & I didn't want to touch anything. I had to spray lysol everwhere. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in years. I was stuck there for 3 nights because I depended on the pics on the Expedia & paid for before I got there. It doesn' t look at all like the pics. It said it had a pool & spa tub but the pool was ice cold & the jacuzzi was even colder. It literally ruined tge rest of my trip. From now on I will do a drive before I pay for anything. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves for renting rooms. The whole property needs to be bulldozed to the ground. It was truly disgusting & should be taken off Expedia's site.

I booked Monday night for today Wednesday. I called and called the motels number and no answer as I wanted to make sure early check-in was available. I emailed and no answer. Showed up at 5am, no early check-in available, lost a whole hour driving around near motels till I found one available to check in at 5:45am. Expedia as well does not provide early check-in details nor has refunded me my lost money.
