Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly! The hotel is beautiful! Lobby is gorgeous and has a coffee shop and bakery! The bar has great knowledgeable bartenders and very friendly!!! The outdoor restaurant that's attached is GORGEOUS and the food is amazing!!!!

Stayed at the Sheraton because my daughters had a Volleyball tournament at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location was good and convenient. I liked the lounge amenities with the type of room and booking we had.
