Recliners! Large Az Room - Adult 55+ Activities Galore!

This is an Active Adult Community for guests aged 55 and older.
No exceptions.
Per community regulations, a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required on site to verify age.
*There are 3 stairs to get inside the unit and also 3 steps down to the AZ room

In the front room, there is a comfortable sofa lounger, perfect for reading in front of the windows to the community.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your home away from home!
The Arizona room has plenty of seating to watch sports or movies, including two recliners in one of the couches. The other sofa is a sleeper for visiting family/guests! An ample front deck is great for enjoying cool nights and a large back patio with a large grill is wonderful for cooking outdoors and for friendly gatherings! King bed in the main bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the AZ room. This property offers everything you need for a relaxing or active getaway, it is up to you!

There is room for one medium size vehicle at the home under the carport. Street parking is available for visitors during the day.
Overnight parking is available inside the gated community in a common area for up to 5 days for one additional vehicle.

The community offers a lot of activities if you're interested during your stay, there is a dancing hall, Bingo, Pickleball & also tennis courts are open. No code or key needed. The community pool is heated. There is a fitness center. Pool and all activities are located in the middle of the community. There are also 2 spas/hot tubs available for your use.

Free WiFi and Free wireless internet!

No yardwork or any other outside noise is allowed on Sundays.

The additional rules below are designed to help us be respectful neighbors and to keep a positive relationship with the community. Exceptions to these rules may be granted, depending on individual circumstances.

* Once you have paid for your reservation, we’ll schedule a phone call to learn more about you, your guests and review important information.
*New traveler & travelers without reviews may not be accepted.
*Reservations made less than 7 days in advance may not be accepted.
*Primary guests must be 55 years or older.
*Guests booking under someone else's account or for another person may not be accepted.
*Guests paying with someone else's card may not be accepted.
*10pm-7am is "quiet time".
*Guests staying and overnight visitors cannot exceed 2 adults at any time.
*No street parking is allowed after 10PM
*No more than 2 guests at the community pool.
*Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you'd be interested.
