Went back to our room to find that they have given away our room to someone else even if we had a valid reservation for the next 4 nights. Worse, they boxed up our belongings without even bothering to call me! To top it all off, my laptop was under the bed and they just left it in the room with the new occupants. How unprofessional and unsafe!

Staff was helpful, but this facility badly needs updating. No toiletries or coffee in the room - you had to go to the front desk. No blow dryer was available either time I asked. A/C was loud and could not be adjusted. Neighborhood did not seem safe. We would not stay there again.

This place was awesome the lady at checkin was so friendly and helpful with our family. Was nice to have someone smile and be so helpful with us since we were not from there Canadian. ☺️

This property is not traditional hotel in that it has a full-size kitchen with a dishwasher and full refrigerator and full microwave. Business professional, friendly as it has a desk as well as two TVs. Love the no carpet, which is more sanitary!

There was cat food underneath the bed!!! The place was absolutely terrible. I would have been better off to stay in a chicken coup or sleep in my rental car, which is what I should have done. WARNING, stay away from this place. Unsafe, dirty, and expensive for sleeping where they feed their cats.
