1. Staff continuously on their phones, no welcome, no good morning they just ignore you. Completely unwelcoming and absorbed with scrolling on their phones. 2. We weren't told even basic things like the hours of breakfast, checkout times etc.. 3. Someone smoked in the bathroom and we had to leave the fan on 24/7 to keep it from seeping into the room. This triggered my asthma and made me constantly coughing for our two days we were there. Because of our tight schedule during the day we didn't have time to ask for a different room. 4. The location is extremely noisy from the highway. Usually I leave the AC fan running constantly to drown out noise but this wasn't possible with their thermostat setting for only the fan to run. 5. The pillows were extremely hard. 6. Hot items at breakfast were cold and didn't even have steamers and didn't seem safe to eat. 7. Elevator smelled like weed.

The breakfast was terrible both mornings we were there. First morning at 8:00 am Mouldy bread, cold scrambled eggs, out of orange juice, French toast was hard as a rock, 2 nd morning they were out of everything but cold food when we came at 9:00
