This ideal location is less than a mile from the Arrowhead district, as well as the main freeway to get almost anywhere from HWY 101.

Our home is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath, modern oasis with bursts of color is perfect for groups of up to 12. The oversized kitchen contains all essential amenities. The oversized kitchen island is perfect for setting up a buffet-style breakfast or afternoon appetizers. The dining room table seats eight. The open concept living space inside, combined, makes this the perfect place for any family/friend getaway.

*Entertainment - Desert Diamond Casino and Westgate district approx. 15min away!. Great shopping (Tanger Outlets), food, and music nearby.

*Sports Stadiums - Peoria Sports Complex is 6mins away and State Farm Stadium is 15 minutes away. Great location for Spring training facilities. Chase Stadium is about 30 minutes away.

May was very helpful and accommodating. The house and property are amazing. We got a lot of use out of the games…from corn-hole to putting to billiards. I love to cook and was looking forward to using the covered grill area, which is great. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds and bedding were comfortable.

My wife and I would highly recommend this home to anyone. This is our second time we stayed at the house. The house is clean and has very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet. The communication with the owner is great. This is a gem of a home.

This property exceeded my expectations in every way. My daughter’s and I traveled to Arizona to see my best friend from college. We enjoyed the amenities of the outdoors and they have everything, I mean everything. The house was very clean and there was so much to do from playing pool to several activities in backyard. The pictures on the side are great, but honestly, don’t do it justice. May was amazing. She was so responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here while the price point is a little bit more than the other locations. It’s worth it.

We had the most fabulous time staying at your place! We brought our adult kids, the grandparents, great grandparents and 8month old baby we all loved the all the space on the property, so much to do in the spacious yard! Loved all the extra amenities! The house definitely accommodated having a larger group as we barely heard anyone once asleep! Would definitely stay again! Thank you again for helping us again with check in time!

The house has everything and then some. The home is beautiful, the pictures are not photo shopped. Very well thought out layout. Instructions for everything it has to offer. The location is central to everything. A lot of shopping options nearby. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Perfect for our family ranging from 2 month old infant, toddler, and teenagers to grandparents!
