I had to move twice in two days. The toilet didn’t work and was disfusring, there was a nasty huge leak from the ceiling leaving puddles of sticky stuff on the floor. The whole property was dirty

I like the overall vibe and everything is super clean. Main issue was the elevator by the main entrance is very shaky. Housekeeping tried to get into the room before check out time even though we had the window set to Do Not Disturb. Someone was trying to get into our room at around 3 a.m. a couple tries and woke us up. There’s no shelving in the shower for toiletries. Trash can in the restroom looked like someone threw up in it and it was tossed out, but not cleaned. I loved the AC! Very efficient.

Old and run down, not keeping up on maintenance

The Moxy is getting very run down. It’s evident they are not keeping up on maintenance at all. Toilet paper holder broken, shower handle broke off when turning on-among many other broken or just run down issues. The air conditioner was very squeaky and also turned on and off all night very loud despite running the “constant fan”. I literally got no sleep here. Also, traffic from rural road is very loud all night. And hallways dirty with dead cockroaches. The only positive was that staff were very nice and competent.
