Central Tempe location, perfect for ASU stuff. Hotel pontential there to be a great stay but still remodeling as of July 2026. We experienced faulty electrical issues throughout our stay; room outlet not working, door keypad dead, and light fixture glitchy. Overall safe, clean, and functional. Meh

Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Whole place smells like a wet dog. Elevators seem like they are 2 minutes away from falling apart. Pool table felt was ripped and dirty. arcades are not even plugged in. This place basically looks like a cheap strip club from grand theft auto.
