I liked having a whole house to move around in instead of a cramped hotel room for two weeks of my stay. A couple of things could have been better (like more toilet paper, and the floors cleaned better before I arrived) but overall was a very good place to stay if you need to be on the west side of Phoenix near Luke Air Force Base or Goodyear. Host was also friendly and helpful when needed.
