Our room was above the reception desk. At 3:00 am. there was very loud talking for about 20 minutes. The walls are paper thin and inside and outside sounds were always very loud.

Good, clean and decent value for the price. I was here for a sports even at the Legacy Event Center, Bell Bank Park. It was the perfect location for my needs and not far from food and shopping. I was given a free upgrade to a suite and while it's not fancy, it was nice to have the extra space with a microwave and mini fridge. My only complaints had to do with things out of anyone's real control. The walls are so thin you can hear people talking in the room next door - they don't even have to be loud. So when they are loud late at night, it's pretty irritating and hard to sleep. The room doors are very heavy and SLAM shut. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast is mostly carbs except on the weekends when they add eggs and sausage.
