The property itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints there. But every single night our key cards would stop working, and we wouldn’t find out until we tried to get back into the building or our room. Then we’d have to walk all the way back to the front desk just to get them reactivated. It got pretty frustrating having to repeat that every night. If they could fix the key card issue, this would easily be a 4–5 star stay.

We didn't use the laundry service because we only stayed 2 days which our usual stay but one we needed Kleenex and towels and the staff was most forthcoming. We thought of some other hotels but they sounded like party places where it would be noisy. Only thing I didn't like is the air conditioner, it's loud as it goes on and off and I have trouble sleeping. Breakfast is great

Overall, the property exterior was dirty and unkept. There were broken concrete curbs in parking spots. The exterior door at the north end didn't lock. The room was noisy next to the freeway. The bathroom toilet seat was gross.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious room. Good A/C. Room and carpet was very clean. Refrigerator was turned to coldest but was lukewarm. Bathroom sink drained very slow. We accessed our room from the rear entrance, the door is supposed to be secure using your room key, but the lock was broken, so anyone could come in the back, avoiding the front desk. This made me feel uneasy.

When we checked in there was nobody at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. The hotels.com listing said weekend breakfast went until 10 but it closed st 9. The morning front desk guy was impolite.

I did not know that the rooms were not cleaned daily. I was there Wednesday thru Saturday, and my room was not touched. It would have been nice to at least have the trash emptied daily and fresh towels without asking. Everyone was so kind. Those were my only thoughts on improving.

The Grand Canyon was AMAZING.
I came for my graduation from Grand Canyon University.

It was nice, good location. Clean. Hot tub was gross, smelled like sewer water and you felt dirty sitting in it, definitely had no chemicals
