Nice gated community with functional amenities

This place is very clean well kept but a little bit small very functional. The only thing that I would ask is that the couch be more comfortable than the futon that they have sitting there.

Easy check in. Clean. Quiet. New. Nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, hammock garden, pickle ball, barbecue. We were there for the NASCAR championship races. Easy to get to the track and back. Shopping and restaurants close by. Easy access to the 10 freeway. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, kitchen supplied with everything you need. Some nice to haves would be tv in the bedrooms and a keurig type coffee machine. There is a nespresso machine…we are coffee drinkers…had to run the machine multiple times to create 1 cup of coffee. Easy check out. Would definitely recommend this place. Would stay here again if traveling to Phoenix area.

Clean and bright space for ourselves and elderly parents. The beds were great. The futon and bar stools were uncomfortable and need updating. The host was amazing to communicate with and quick to respond to any concerns. The hot tube was used by our family ever night. We would definitely return.

Loved having a full home instead of hotel room, but the living room furniture was AWFUL and UNCOMFORTABLE. A futon and a bench without a back? I would get rid of both and put a small sectional in there. The stools at the counter were too hard, and too high! I thought about putting patio furniture in LR. Even though we didn’t spend too much time inside, that would be deciding factor to NOT return here. Kitchen is missing a sheet pan. Oven bellowed with smoke when we used for pizza, was not cleaned when we got there. Didn’t like the Nespresso coffee machine. Not even sure what the other pot was or how to use.. The POOL was awesome and beautiful felt like a resort. Bed was very comfy. Good location and Easy access to highways. Welcome email was great with all info needed for our stay except for garbage, Didn’t know to put outside door at night. We did enjoy our stay here, but needs improvements to get a 5 star rating!
