Edgemont Escape- 3 King Beds, heated pool*, close to spring training,

Welcome to our spacious 2600 sq ft home with soaring 10 foot ceilings.

While staying here you will enjoy 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a den to create special memories or just relax and recharge.

The main living area boasts a 65" TV and the den has a 40" TV with Dish Network with America's Top 200 programming (NFL, MBL, Golf Channel etc).

The master bedroom has a king bed and has access to the pool area. It has a large walk-in closet , soaking tub, walk-in shower. It has a desk for a private workspace.

Two of the bedrooms, on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom, have king beds with large walk-in closets, a side chair, a large mirror and Smart TV's. These rooms also have children's toys, bouncy chair, pack and play, and 2 box fans.

The 4th bedroom has 1 set of twin bunks and a double bed, dresser, mirror and a modular kids sofa, it will sleep 4 guests, maximum 2 adults in this room. This room is best suited for kids.

There is a full sized memory foam mattress (stored in the master bedroom closet) that can be used in the den or front room for extra sleeping arrangements.

Our house can accommodate 8 adults plus your children. Please message us to 'ok' a group larger than 8 adults.

We have provided an assortment of games and books for all ages, toys for the little ones, a bouncy chair, highchair, Bumbo seat, fox glove sleeping mat, and a pack and play.

Outside you will find a large pool with a diving board. It goes from 4.5 feet deep to 9 feet deep on the other end. It has a small wading area where you enter the pool.

From October through March, our pool is heated to 83 degrees for a fee of $60 per day. From April through September there is no fee for the pool.

All exterior doors and gates are equipped with self closing hinges and child proof door knobs per Arizona law. Do not under any circumstance prop any doors open.

The back yard is definitely set up to kick back and relax!
Whether you want to just lounge in the sun, swim in the pool, enjoy a game of corn hole, BBQ some burgers, or sit by the fire in the evening, you're sure to have a great time while staying here!

The home was beautiful, very clean, a lot of space, and had all the amenities we needed! The host was easy to reach and communicate with! The backyard and pool was gorgeous. Check in and out was very easy. We went with out family and had an amazing time. There were toys for the little kids, books, couches etc. Just a perfect place to have a great time with family. The listing says there are two sets of bunkbeds, but there was only one set of bunkbeds and one full size bed in that room. But with the open space and additional mattress it was not an issue at all. Would definitely recommend this home for a family getaway! And it was also close to many great restaurants and shopping centers!

Wonderful Stay

We had an incredible stay at the Edgemont Escape when we were in the area to go to a few Cincinnati Reds spring training games. The property is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, very spacious, and full of amenities. The back yard is wonderful with a lovely pool and many lounging areas. Anywhere you go on this property--inside or out--you will be so relaxed.The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, highways and Goodyear Ballpark.Communication with the owner is top-notch. He is great to work with.Our stay there was wonderful but far too short. I could easily stay for a month or more! I can't wait to return!

The property is beautiful!! Very spacious and fully equipped. Kitchen has everything including coffee, Yeti mugs, cooler bags and a crock pot. Soooo many toys and games for both kids and adults. Great outdoor space with heated pool. Hosts very receptive and responsive to all questions before and during our stay. They went above and beyond helping us have an incredible vacation. Amazing stay in Goodyear!

So well appointed! Five adults and three kids under 5. One infant. So many toys that we didn’t even tell them about one closet full! For the infant, so great bc there is a pack n play, high chair and infant seat. Five TVs so no arguing about programming. The pool is fantastic. Lots of pool toys. Regarding adult items, everything you could need in the kitchen. Three king sized beds! Beds are very comfy and the sheets were so soft! The closets in the bedrooms were huge! We used the master closet for the infant in the pack n play giving her her own bedroom! Lots of seating both inside and out. Fire pit was great. Three different areas for sitting and talking inside. Lots and lots of towels, including towels for the pool. They thought of everything! Eric was extremely resolve and accommodating. Could not be a better host.
