Checked in with Ruben, he was great. The room was clean and well furnished. It was larger than expected, which was nice. The hotel is very nice. The staff was so nice and helpful. I used the guest laundry, the machines worked well, and the space was clean. They provided large pillows, which is so nice. I couldn't figure out how to get the guide on the TV, but the TV worked great. It was in a nice location. They provided a good breakfast. I really enjoyed my short stay. My only complaints are - the shampoo didn't lather, maybe someone put the wrong product in the dispenser. And the noise from someone getting ice at 5:30AM, they got a lot of ice. It was very loud.

This is my second stay at this hotel, it's a place they truly make you feel at home, coffee is 24/7 and it's delicious, I believe it's Costa rican. It's not a brand new place, but it's impeccably kept and I mean spotless! The air is clean and fresh, the staff truly makes you feel like you're at home, very considerate and caring. Management was great, I just love this hotel, the energy is amazing.
