Very accommodating staff! Friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Breakfast was so so but kept stocked. Coffee and hot water machines worked well. Would have liked honey as an option for sweetener as well as peanut butter for toast. Fruit was skimpy. Beds were nice Room was clean But not enough towels or toilet paper put that in my check in review

No early check in without a fee

We went to Phoenix for a graduation and arrived one hour before check in time, so we figured we would ask to see if a room would be available. It was, but they would only allow it if we paid an early $25 check in fee. Ridiculous. So instead we checked in at 9 pm. Otherwise everything else was ok.
