DOES NOT PROVIDE SHUTTLE TO PHX. They list airport shuttle services but they DO NOT shuttle to/from PHX. Our room was very old and outdated like a cheap motel and appeared nothing like the images which look modern and updated. Our room had an unpleasant stench when entering and we couldnt controll the thermostat so slept in a cold room because we were exhausted. Towels were clean, light bedding, and pillows were half the size of a standard. Coffee was cold and typical hot breakfast provided. The only pro about this stay were the kind staff.

Starting with the 5* - Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with a good amount of bathroom amenities. Breakfast was nice and hot. Good options and the lady handling everything did a great job keeping up with the baseball/softball families staying there, as well as the rest of us travelers. 4* - front desk check in was nice and quick. You could tell she was busy or had other things on her mind-she wasn't chatty or super friendly-NOT RUDE AT ALL, just saying she was pretty much all business. -our room had the smoke detector battery missing; the battery compartment was open. -the chair was incredibly used! the pleather cover was torn, ripped off and just not nice. didn't dare sit in it-it should be removed and replaced. -carpets were gross-just remodel already. I stepped in/on grease/oil and food in the carpet. There's no way housekeeping could do anything with this, it really needs to be replaced. All in all, I'd stay here again. Just hope they do better with updating/cleaning. BTW...housekeeping could NOT do anything with the carpets. This really is a replacement thing.

My room was definitely not as pictured. There was no microwave in room. Checked in for 3 days and no room cleaning was done. The gym was out of service. My room door wouldn’t open. When I complained about all this. They stated, maintenance was out at 3pm, and they apologized for our room not being cleaned. They send a new microwave up on the last day, but didn’t plug it in because they had to move the tv stand. Horrible stay. Will never stay here again!

The room felt more like a pay by the hour motel. The pillows were flat (zero plush to them), exposed box spring, nasty dirty carpet. A/C never cooled. The staff was as helpful as they could be and kind.

The lobby and front desk area are very updated. People were very friendly. The room was outdated but clean. If you are going to use the shuttle from the airport, make sure to call and verify. And then call again. And then call when you land.

Card keys wouldn’t work several times so was moved to a different room. That room’s desk chair was ripped and the fabric torn from the seat. GROSS. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Traffic noise made it quite difficult to fall asleep. I’ll pick a different hotel next trip.
