There is a middle eastern woman upfront who has zero customer service skills. She is not friendly and is slow. My bed had hair on it. I have stayed here 10+ times as my company is in the same business center. It seems like their service is slipping.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The bar was great while it was open, they did close a little early for us. The fitness center was great and the pool felt awesome although it could have been cleaned up a bit and the cabana cushions were all stained so we didn’t want to use those. The area around the hotel had so many amazing options for shopping and dining. We never had a hard time finding a parking spot. I would stay here every time I visit the area.
