Amazing property!

Amazing property. Very clean and wonderful amenities. Nice hiking trails around the property and golf course. Quiet and away from it all while also close to everything you would need.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sheridan Grand at Wild Horse Pass. From check in to check out, our whole experience was very positive. The restaurants were good, the pool was relaxing and the staff there were very attentive. We would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Scottsdale.

The $29.95 a day resort fee should be waived during low occupancy. I didn'tfind a value to match those fees. For the daily rate, the coffee service in the room should be better. The Starbucks packets were poorly constructed and leaked grinds into the coffee.

Sheraton awesome, hotels.com not so much

The hotel was great. The staff accomdated us and made us whole when hotels.com did not transfer the amenities I purchased. Be careful of hotels.com- they want feedback on the location but I not found a way to connect with them regarding hotels.com not providing what I purchased

From the time we arrived till the last 5 minutes before we left, exceptional and friendly service. Hotel was clean, beautiful and had a very tranquil vibe. With waterfalls and soothing music, our stay was exactly what we needed. We'll be back!
