Joel was very responsive. Check in and check out easy. Perfect location. Can walk to Walmart Sloan Park. The mall is a 2 mile each way walk. Super super quiet for sleeping. Dark out shades are great too. Close to Sky Harbor. Could use some minor tlc touches but otherwise would stay there again. We had a great time

We have stayed at this property twice and it is always nice. It is very clean, and we love the location. We come for a swim meet at ASU at this time every year and the location is perfect. It's less than 10 minutes from the pool, and near Tempe Marketplace which has anything and everything you could need. We have four of us - two adults and two kids and it's nice for each of them to have their own room (with room to spare in the bunk bed room). We will continue to stay here as long as we come to this meet.

The location was great. It was nice to be able to swim too. The pool was an added bonus. There were plenty of games in the house for us to have a family game night too after dinner. We left a hydroflask that had sentimental value. The owner was great and mailed it back to us. Thank you so much!

Over all the property was adequate. We had some issues with bathroom faucets but those were address by the owner. The kitchen cookware needs improvement as there is very little to choose from and the pots-pans that are available are well beyond their service life.We did have seven perfect warm sunny days during our stay but could not enjoy the pool as the water temperature uncomfortably cold.

Super cute place
