We enjoyed this property very much. The record heat this week made our stay even more enjoyable since we exited our home state just before a blizzard. During the day we floated in the pool while watching March Madness on the backyard TV. In the evening we attended a couple of Spring Training games. The property is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Birds chirping, bees pollinating, we saw a hummingbird moth up close working its magic on the flowering bushes. Our favorite sighting was a roadrunner walking on top of the brick wall while we were sitting on the patio. You don’t get to see that in WI. Our host was amazing and responsive. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal Stay

If you are in the Goodyear, AZ area and need a place to stay, take advantage of this house. By far my best VRBO experience. We were in town for my son’s college golf tournament and this house was 4 minute drive to the golf course.The house is beautiful and host Gina is excellent to work with. Flight arrived early into Phoenix and we were able to check in early. Can’t say enough about this stay.

This house has everything. Great selection of TV channels, heated pool with awesome landscape, newer comfortable furniture, types of coffee (ground and pods), chips and peanuts, and plenty of dishes. In the 20 years of using VRBO this one is the top place I’ve stayed. Host are great folks and if you need to call they are there to help!

My husband and I were in Arizona for business and this house was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean, perfectly stocked with everything we needed (and even some things we didn’t even realize we would want!), and very comfortable. Gina, the owner, was so great to work with and super responsive with any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here, and if we are ever in the area again, this house would be our first choice!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very clean and we felt at home immediately. We really liked the decor - very warm and welcoming. The owners have put a lot of attention to details and conveniences, the pool was very clean and the water was warm, and the outdoor area had everything we needed. It's located in a very nice area and the neighborhood was quiet. Gina and her property manager Angela were extremely responsive and accommodating. We loved this place and will definitely look to stay here again.
