Check in was fast and easy. Manager at front desk helped speeding up check in process. Desk staff was also helpful and cleared misunderstanding professionally. Would stay there again next time. Needs improvement

This hotel is very sad. The shower door did not slide and would not stay closed while showering. The room was very dated. The staff were noisy while cleaning. One of the doors they use would slam shut starting early in the morning. The room had a very musky smell. The breakfast was not good! The coffee was horrible. The elevators were not cleaned the three days we were there! There were only 2 handicap parking spaces. We were allowed to park in the ‘diamond’ reserved spots. The staff was really nice and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean
