We had a very early appt at HUP & opted to stay the night prior here since it was so convenient. Didn’t need all of the amenities, but for the cost it was certainly the best deal. Clean room, parking was a bit costly but the room cost offset and it was worth it to us for the convenience. We will be back in two weeks!

This was a convenient, cheaper, place to stay for visiting Penn's campus, but the area directly around the hotel isn't great to be walking around at night. I could hear a lot of the street level noise from the 3rd floor which made it hard to fall asleep. Also, kind of odd that the rooms had no dish soap or sponges by default for a place that provides you with kitchen space and dishes.

New facility with some features (morning breakfast area on ground floor) still under construction. Valet is parking is available at Philadelphia prices, but free overnight street parking can be found in area. My room was basically a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with combined living room/dining room/kitchen

Room clean but very sparse, having to ask for items such as dish soap, towels (cloth or paper?), no drinking or water glasses in room either - was not an ideal situation.
