No control of the occupants. My neighbours were made up of a group who drank and made disturbance all night till 7am in the morning both inside the room and outside on the balcony.

The room was terrible. Felt dirty carpet, bathroom was in bad condition, cigarette bits all over balcony which left the room smelling like an ashtray.
Cigarette buts at sliding door.
Chair in bad condition and smelly.
