The air conditioning wasn’t working so technician was sent up -carpet in room was old and’wavy’ Had to change rooms Air conditioner was acceptable in new room which had been updated but not great if you like it really cold It was quiet and clean Had dinner at restaurant -good They have free shuttle to airport in a small 6 seater van It’s first come- no reservations - 10 minute drive to airport fro drop off at terminal 2

Shuttle missed us at the airport. Very long wait for check in. Apology was issues for this which was appreciated. Another 45 min wait for the shuttle in the morning. A booking system rather than first come first served might be better. Free shuttle was a big reason for my booking. Breakfast option very expensive.

The hotel was amazing the only issue was the shuttle driver to the airport would not let us off at Terminal 2C which was easily accessible for him - in fact we passed right by it. The walk was over 4000 steps to get to our Terminal.

The staff was friendly and love their jobs and it showed. The Assistant Front Office Manager - Anissa Bouzfour went over and above to make our stay excellent. The rooms were clean and nice and the breakfast buffet was worth every penny. The lobby is open and spacious. The best hotel value in Paris. Close to airport and an easy train ride to the city.

This is the best stay I've ever stayed in my life. The staff was amazing, especially sebastian I was treated like a queen. our family was treated like royalty. The entire front desk staff is very polite. we asked lots of questions and they were so patience and helpful and also printed directions for us.The Hotel smells so good, like paradise. The hotel is super clean, beautiful room, the ecstatic was breathing taking. piano guy played so lovely. There are varies of breakfast in buffet styles. I couldn't wait for the morning to go to breakfast because it tasted so good. Dinning option was top tier. I celebrated my husband birthday and the food presentation tasted just the way it looks "amazing". water bottle was provided everyday. If you want a perfect stay just book now

My husband and I stayed here last year and it was good. We didn’t exoeriythe breakfast buffet just a place to stay to catch flight. This past stay seemed dirtier and hot water was out the whole day before I arrived so wasn’t hot yet when I tried to take shower on arrival. Construction down hallway and doors between closed and dark
