The front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We were driving to Meribel after our stay and the front desk staff helped validate the best route to take as we navigate Paris morning traffic. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

The room provided was at ground floor and not heated upon my arrival, although outside temperature was 2 degrees Celsius. A credit card was requested at reception although the room was already paid. There was no information about this requirement when the room was booked and paid via hotels.com app. The amount of 50EUR was blocked on the card without explaining the reason for it. Just that this is the policy of the hotel. The amount is still blocked since 26.01.24, although the city tax was deducted.
