We truly appreciate several positive aspects of our experience. The breakfast was very good, and we were especially grateful that your staff tried to arrange early check-in for us when we arrived before the official check-in time. The hotel’s easy access from the airport by train is also very convenient. Unfortunately, the room was not clean enough upon arrival. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell similar to kitchen towels, and the room we were first assigned had no window and it was very hot. We had to request a room change due to this issue. In addition, the room amenities were very limited. There were only two bath towels provided, with no hand towels or facial tissues available. We also felt that the hotel facilities appear quite outdated and would greatly benefit from renovation.
