Basc but clean

Just a few minutes walk to the shopping centre. Hotel clean and very nice and helpful. Very basic, with everything else comes at price. Was surprised though it didn't include coffee making facilities like a kettle. Was desappointed.

The room was fine. The temperature control in the room did not work, I reported it three times and it was never repaired. The staff was nice though. Overall I had a good stay, was just a little cold at night due to the heat not working in the room.

Near the airport. It is easy to use public transport to go from the hotel to airport. Pretty much across a big shopping mall. The reception night staff was friendly and super helpful.

We loved the overall stay rooms were clean and breakfast options were good for the price we paid but the only thing i didn't like was we had some friends over from another hotel nearby and wanted to eat in the lobby dining area but there were no serving plates or glasses of we could use plus the staff on duty at that time even told us that we couldn’t eat food in this area which I’ve never seen at a hotel and they even asked us to wipe off the tables and place before we leave after eating even though we were obviously gonna clean after us but no where ever that I’ve stayed has asked us to clean the tables after we eat there plus there were also no amenities in the room as well which we could use to eat or drink and when asked the staff to provide them we were given just paper cups and than told that we normally don’t give these as well and also when asked for tissues we were asked why we need them which was awkward because they literally told us to clean after us what did they expect we need the tissues for! Overall cleaning, food and room also the room service cleaning staff was very nice and kitchn staff as well were great but i didn’t like the reception staff’s behaviour because we were having guests over and that overall experience made a very bad impression of the hotel.

There is a very convenient shopping center beside the hotel which helps with shopping and dining options. Although despite the hotel being located in the airport vicinity, the only way to get to/from the airport using public transportation is a 15min public bus that only runs every 20min or so. Not great in that regard. The check-in/out process is very easy and convenient. The rooms are rather uncomfortable since they're significantly small and there is no other furniture besides the bed. The room looked/appeared very clean so that was good and the front-desk staff was able to provide me with extra towels & soap when I requested some. However, despite several communications with the admin team (and their confirmation) for a baby/toddler crib to be placed in my room before my check-in time, I arrived late due to a delayed flight only to find no crib inside the room. This was unacceptable for me. Especially after having received a confirmation from the hotel that they would place one there for me. Since our arrival was so late and we were tired we decided give up on the crib - but it was a horrible night's sleep for the three of us in a full-size bed and our toddler wound up falling off in the middle of the night. Ugh

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and simple. Was the perfect location for the night before our flight. The price was great too. Obviously you can hear airplanes above as it's right near the airport, but it was not that bad.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great price. Cons: Location is pretty difficult to reach by public transit, especially late at night. Bathroom door has a gap and no lock. Shower door has a gap at the bottom which allows water to leak onto the bathroom floor while showering.

The room was good enough for one night between flight. Dont be too tall has the bathroom is small. All the staff were super nice, smily and polite, from the check-in, later to help us with some questions and the next day for check out and easy to leave some luggage.

Paid for breakfast but eggs, fruit were not available until around 8:30 and to late to get any. Feel fee was too high for what was offered. Also a hair dryer and glass in bath would be nice. get any.
