The staff are horrible. One staff member broke the lock on my door so I had to change rooms. When I told my girlfriend that we had to change rooms because the staff member broke our door the staff member got offended and told me over and over again how rude I was for telling the truth. I never raised my voice or caller her names. Then on checkout day, the cleaning person knocked on my door and told me to leave even though checkout wasn't for another 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Too many other options to put up with staff that are horrible.

The next day we arrived someone broke in the room the lock was forced the staff told they where going to change to another room nothing was done and we stayed in the same room with the lock not working properly
