This amazing property has everything you’ll need for a fantastic stay. The entire home has been recently remodeled. The spacious backyard has a heated pool (up to $75/day), 4 burner barbecue, oversize yard, covered patio, in a very private setting.

Palm Springs has rules about parties, noise and music. Please read their “Friendly Neighbor” brochure.

There are great restaurants, plenty of nightlife, an abundance of outdoor activities, a world class casino, convention center all within a few minutes drive.

It was a comfortable home in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions or suggestions we had. We would definitely consider staying there again if we go back to Palm Springs.

Wonderful space to chill and relax

Spacious house

Comfortable and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were good and location was very convenient to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. It would have been nice to have a few more conveniences in the kitchen, like cookie sheets and plastic wrap, and the backyard has little landscaping, but those are minor things. Overall a very good stay.

Palm Springs getaway

The property was just as described. The owners are wonderful, Very Responsive and accommodating. The house is spotless and The kitchen and bedrooms are well appointed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all the restaurants downtown. A pool and outdoor patio are delightful. My only suggestion is that the owners do a little landscaping to block the view of neighbor houses and let the Eye focus on the Beautiful palms and mountains in the distance.

Wonderful stay!!

This was by far the best month stay we could have imagined! The house was perfect, it had everything we needed and was super clean. Vic and Cindy met us at the house the first day to show us where everything was. They were very responsive throughout our stay if we needed anything. This house is a 5 minute drive to downtown, which was perfect for shopping and going out to eat and also a 2 minute drive to the airport (not much plane noise as they flew in the opposite direction of the house) . The backyard was perfect with lounging chairs and a very clean pool! We could not have picked a better location and a better house to stay in.

Perfect House! Perfect Hosts!

We had a great time. Super clean and an amazing house with pool. Hosts were super helpful and flexible with check in and check out times, which we appreciated a lot! We would love to come back anytime!
