This hotel was absolutely terrible. The stench of curry was overwhelming. The pool was closed and had no water.. The back door of the hotel did not lock And there was homeless people sleeping In the stairwell. The door to our room And other rooms had evidence of break ins Due to significant damage near the locking mechanism. We booked two nights but left after only one night. We asked for a refund and they declined. This hotel is dirty and unsafe and will not recommend to anyone.

Would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Stayed here for a hockey tournament in town when the other hotels got booked up. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. STAY AWAY. So many things wrong with this hotel from the disgusting state it’s in, the management, cleanliness (or lack thereof). Door was broken into, sheets were dirty, bathrooms disgusting, not to mention there was some shady stuff taking place on the properly (like obvious prostitution). Doors don’t lock, dust and dirt everywhere. Left early. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. When we told the front desk that we’d be leaving early and that we’d like to speak to the manager, she told us “he wont answer” and laughed in our faces. Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Hands down.

Hotel needs an updating, service was good but the state of the hotel did not sit well with the group we were travelling with. Security doors are not locked after hours allowing anyone to come and go.

The staff are definitely helpful if you as for anything, however the rooms are dirty and ground level floors do no feel safe as our sliding doors were definitely broken into in the past. There is definitely a problem with homeless people in the area as we had multiple encounters with them in the parking lot as well as in the hotel. Breakfast was not the best at all. Room keys needed to be redone multiple times throughout our 3 day stay.

It’s very much in need of a fresh up. The bathroom baseboards very dusty. There must have been a water leak in the room as the floor was broken and chipped. The nite tables are laminate and it was chipped. There was no USB charging ports at the nite tables. The outside walkways were trip hazards and driveway had lots of potholes. The main floor units with walkouts were for “smokers” so tin can ashtrays were outside each room.

There was so much dust on the lamps above the nightstand they looked furry. There was semen on the bedskirt and the popcorn ceiling had a dust ball attached to it. I mentioned it when checking out and the gentleman didn’t seem surprised or that concerned at all.

The hotel was quite run down and we weee not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I found a dead bug in one of the beds. The staff was apologetic and authorized a refund. They also refunded our security deposit
