I didn't like that after taking all my luggage up to the sixth floor the key didn't work and had to drag all back down, then back up ...just about peed my pants.the girl at the front desk was very apologetic and tech does f up especially with me so no blaming her.

After a long day it was nice to have such a friendly front desk attendant. She made checking in painless, explained where everything was. They’re also pet friendly… and I don’t mean you’re booked in to a room with stained carpets and a worn duvet as I’ve run into at other places…The room was spotless. The A/C worked just like an a/c unit should. The breakfast menu provided enough options to cover all preferences and restrictions.

Excellent hotel

The breakfast was excellent and the wonderful woman working at the breakfast was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The only negative I would say is that the hot tub was not hot - only lukewarm and the pool was very cold. Staff were excellent and they quickly provided assistance when my tripmate was crashing due to low blood sugar.

It seems that booking on Expedia often gets me assigned the worst room in the place which has happened before and was the case this time as well. - Staff changed us to a much better room but I wonder if an Expedia reservation puts us on the crap-list
