The room was very clean, front desk was very professional and friendly and very helpful with questions we had . Would definitely recommend to friends and family . I will definitely be booking sometime in the future when going to the Ajax area.

While the actual hotel was clean and the room was spacious I was extremely disappointed that the 2 bottles of Walmart water were not complimentary but an additional $2.50 per bottle. After spending $300 for the night my home away from home could not provide complimentary water. When I called down to confirm it was made clear it was for their diamond and platinum customers. After a long day journeying and a late evening after a conference it would have nice to know there was access to free water not from the tap. When I spoke to the front desk in the morning the two main managers did not even speak or address me and left it to their front end staff. They offered me two bottles of water then however that didn’t help for taking night medication and staying hydrated in the very dry room conditions. Not a great look for a Hilton Hotel.
