We just booked for one night and were extremely impressed with everything. The resort is beautiful, our room was spacious and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Highly recommend!

Great quiet place that has lots to offer in the way of wellness and spa treatments. You get full use of the spa amenities like steam and dry sauna, hot tubs and lots of other places to relax. Id go again!

The suite was massive, extremely comfortable, and very private. It featured a separate seating area with a leather couch and matching ottomans positioned perfectly in front of a large flat‑screen TV and a wall-mounted fireplace. The king-sized bed was soft and comfortable, though the room itself could benefit from some updates, as there were areas where the wallpaper was peeling. I did notice some cleanliness issues. The mugs hadn’t been washed properly, and the desk, TV remote, and parts of the floor were sticky, as if something had been spilled. The phone and a few other surfaces were also not cleaned well. The bathroom was spacious, with okay water pressure and reliably hot water. The restaurant, however, was fantastic. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with plenty of options to choose from. Reservations are definitely recommended. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even pointing out different areas of the property as they walked me to my room. A solid 8 out of 10!!! I’ll definitely book again.

The food was pretty good in the restaurant. The staff were really kind and helpful. The building looks like it was a really nice place but is starting to show its age and the repairs are not kept up very well. It's small but the wall peper is peeling, the floor was cracking and filled with caulking. The issues that I had was worth the water. We paid for the king suite with Jacuzzi tub but there was not enough hot water and not hot enough to fill it up. It took an hour to fill and we needed to heat 8 kettles of water to get the water hot enough for our bath. I understand that it's a rural property and it's on a well and not everything needs to be perfect all the time. What really got to me was the response when I asked for a discount the day after checking out. I would have been happy with just about any discount on the price. I paid the premium for the big room with the tub and I didn't get what was promised. I would have gladly paid the rate of the regular room. Or even a gesture of 50$. But instead, the owners told me to take it up with hotels.com Who then called the hotel to ask about a discount but they refused so here we are. I was not satisfied with how the owners dealt with my issues. That is why I'm not giving a good review.

The room did not have many of the amenities listed- there was no hot tub, no spa tub, the phone and satellite TV weren't working. The room was a bit neglected and unclean. The staff were difficult to find. Issues during our stay were not resolved and the owner did not seem to care that the room was falsely advertised on hotels.com. Should have spent a bit more money and gone to Ste. Anne, Whispering Springs or another great hotel in the area.

Pros - pretty drive in the country, quiet, free parking, treatment options, size of room, Ayurvedic treatments were perfect and relaxing, staff were polite and professional, food is decent, outside grounds and walking paths are wonderful. Cons - not accessible for people with disabilities, too many staircases up and down, lounge where you wait for treatment is open to the public so people are walking in and out while I’m in my robe, my room was in the basement at the very end of a scary haunted movie hallway, the door to my room did not close flush against the threshold and you could hear everything both inside and outside of the room, there were an excessive amount of fruit flies in the room; I had to ask for insect spray, there was a walkout deck which was lovely, but being at the very end of the building was scary because there is no security or gate, so anyone can just drive in and access the property. There is no staff on the property at night… not sure what happens if something happens. The fire alarm went off randomly at night. The phone kept randomly ringing with no one on the other end so I had to unplug it. I did not feel safe so I could not relax and sleep overnight. The tv streaming didn’t work except for two channels. Change rooms and Treatment rooms are in the dark basement which is not relaxing unless you’re sitting in the pedicure room that has windows.

My stay at this resort spa was truly amazing from start to finish. The property is gorgeous, peaceful, and well-kept, it was a perfect atmosphere to unwind. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious. Each meal was very balanced and wholesome. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable.The spa experience was soothing and refreshing as well. Overall it was a wonderful mini retreat and I’d definitely return and highly recommend this resort spa to anyone looking for relaxation, great service, and a beautiful place to recharge.

A calm, clean and soothing setting. Large property and easily accessible from the parking lot. Pleasant staff and incense infused atmosphere for a calming impact. However, this will not be for you if you are sensitive to scents or perfumes as the common area of this facility is noticeably scented with traditional incense.
