The place is obviously well run, which you can see from the moment you step in. Clean, quiet, rules about later evening noise, nicely furnished and well kept rooms -- everything you would want. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience. Cheap mgmt and no integrity.

Upon arriving in my room, I was changing and was completely naked when 2 guys walked in on me. I said whoa whoa whoa and they left. I called front desk right away asking what the hell that was all about. An a/c was broke in a different room and she (owner I believe) gave the workers (I didn’t know they were workers at the time) the wrong room #. I said that is not ok. At all. She apologized but that’s a huge error. Furthermore, they keep texting (automated I’m assuming), which seems nice, but I replied to 1 and got a response 10 minutes later saying “We apologize for the delay, a front desk agent will respond to you shortly”. It’s been 48 hours and still no reply. In fact I’m checked out now, so a reply would be irrelevant at this point. To add to that, I checked out via their texts and it said I would get my receipt shortly. It’s been more than 24 hours and no receipt. I even texted again 12 hours after checkout asking for it, and not even a response to the text. Very poor management and experience. They also serve the same breakfast every morning, never any bacon (cheap), and they don’t have hot sauce for their mushy home fries. Wont be back and don’t recommend.

It was a very convenient place to stay when I was in the area for a family gathering. Since most of my time was spent elsewhere I really didn't make use of some facilities like the pool. Beds are very comfortable and rooms well equipped and everything was clean and in good repair. Will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Accommodated us with a very early check in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pool temperature was was amazing; much warmer than the average hotel pool. Would definitely stay there again.

We liked the property's location, and the room appeared clean, with some simple upgrades. We didn't like the very loud team of children and parents staying at the hotel who were running the halls and screaming/yelling between 10:45 pm and 11 pm on Saturday. Despite signs on the floor stating that this was unacceptable and would incur charges for those who did not comply, there was no hotel staff to ensure that this rule was being adhered to. We understand that renting to teams is a lucrative business choice for hotels; however, your other guests, including us, have paid the same money and deserve a nice, quiet stay at the hotel as well.
