Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed and luxury washroom. They use Refa wash products and hair dryer. The in room laundry is very convenient and actually dries my clothes properly (jeans and heavy materials require a second dry but that’s to be expected). The room had a window and a smart tv where you could stream your Netflix!

The Japanese guy with the curly hair, at the reception was rude for no earthly reason. He couldn't understand english, so he used a screen translator and I was telling him that the screen translator was also displaying in Japanese, which I couldn't understand but he was just unwilling to or try to interpret what I was saying. And was getting frustrated for no earthly reason. The hotel management should understand one thing that we are tourists and we are not going to learn an entire language for a 10 or 15 days stay. If your staff doesn't understand English and is going to deal with foreigners at least try to teach them to be respectful to foreigners and not rude.

Le personnel d’accueil est courtois, tandis que le personnel de service se montre très professionnel et attentionné. L’établissement offre de nombreuses commodités : boissons chaudes disponibles gratuitement toute la journée, petite salle de sport pour garder la forme, et chambre bien équipée. La chambre, de taille correcte pour deux personnes, dispose d’un lave-linge séchant, d’un micro-ondes, d’une bouilloire et d’un réfrigérateur avec un compartiment pour les produits surgelés. Seul bémol : il manque un véritable espace de rangement pour le linge. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très confortable et pratique.
