Bad hotel! Can't smile here!

I booked a room for 4 people but the hotel just allows 2 people per room that i had to pay extra money for one more room. The attitude of the Japanese guy at the front desk (seem like the manager there) was not good. I had really bad experience here. Never come back again!

万博訪問のため、新幹線で新大阪駅からも歩ける距離で、御堂筋線西中島南方駅に近いこのホテルを選びました。スタッフも皆丁寧かつフレンドリー、必要なものは揃い、掃除へ毎日でなくても綺麗なタオルが毎日部屋に届くなどシンプルながら行き届いて大変満足でした。
