Conveniently located near train stations and plenty of shopping and dining options. Rooms are small and a bit dated but they make up for it with excellent customer service, useful amenities and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend!

This place is terrible. The worst property I have been to in Japan. Check in was slow, for some reason we have to do the work to check in even though we don't work there. Having the guest do the labor is disturbingly common in Japan, not a fan and I avoid properties that insist on this role reversal. Only nice part was they allowed us to store a few bags in the lobby prior to checking in. The elevator is SLOW. Two elevators for 12 floors means tons of traffic. Room is tiny, even by Japan or Hong Kong standards. No walking room after we loaded our 4 rollerbags for our return flight. Bed was chiseled from granite. Daily housekeeping available. Location is decent - there is a subway exit right across the front the hotel (#32), but you're still a long way from Namba Station proper. Walking distance to Dontobori, which is nice and action packed all the way to the river. A few restaurants around the hotel itself, none were appealing to us. Zero (usable) amenities on property. Don't bother with breakfast, it's prison-cafeteria level. You can do way better at McDonald's for ¥1400. Don't bother with the laundry - only 2 very small, expensive machines that seemed to take hours to dry. Go up the street 100m to a vastly superior and less expensive 24hr laundromat. Guest does the employee's work at checkout too. Lovely. Best part of our stay was walking out the door for the last time ever. I'll never stay at a Gracery property again.

The check in is not efficient. First start with a staff, than go to a super slow machine. If you have a staff there why waste time with a machine? Elevator is also very slow.

The hotel itself is dirty starting from the front desk to the room. The room are quite small and the carpet are dirty and the smell coming from the bathroom are bad. All you can smell when you go the bathroom is “Urine”. I would not recommend that hotel to any of my family or friends.

Although this is an older hotel, it was well maintained and the rooms were well appointed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Fresh, delicious coffee and personal care items were available in the lobby. The Metro entrance is across the street and the main Osaka Namba station is just three blocks away where you can catch a taxi, bus or train. The breakfast was good and convenient. The only drawback.. no dresser or drawers for clothing if staying more than one night.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids. Initially, when we arrived, we were only provided with two towels, two glasses, and two mugs. I asked reception for two more, but when the housekeepers cleaned the room the next day, they only left two towels again. After speaking to reception once more, they finally provided the correct number of towels. On the positive side, the location is great close to restaurants and public transport. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although I did find them a little dusty.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Namba station. Decent selection in the breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Bed was a bit firm for my liking but I was still able to sleep without any discomfort. Overall I would stay here again.

A good price for a good location.

It is very close to walk by to Namba station. There is a familymart nearby for some needs. Breakfast was good and variety was ok for international traveller. Rooms were larger than expected.

The location of the Hotel is good as it’s close to a food street. However, when we checked in on the first day of our arrival, we were not able to park at the hotel and needed to look around for a carpark. And then on the second and the third day after we came back after golfing, we were not able to park the car at the hotel. It’s very disappointing.
