超级好的房东大姐，待人很真诚，房子离地铁站步行几分钟，就有JR线和阪神线，去环球影城很方便几分钟就到了，老板同时还有另外一两间新开酒店，我一共住了6晚并且在后几晚补差价搬到了新酒店，依旧也是很棒离地铁站很近很方便，房间也很干净温馨！An excellent host who is genuinely warm and friendly. The property is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with access to both the JR and Hanshin lines—making it very convenient to reach Universal Studios in just a few minutes. The owner also runs one or two newly opened hotels nearby. I stayed for six nights and later upgraded to the new hotel by paying the difference for the final nights. It was still fantastic—very close to the subway, extremely convenient, and the rooms were clean and cozy!

予約時に、他のホテルと迷っていたのですが、朝食付きの表示があったので、こちらのホテルに決めました。 が、朝、食堂に行くと、電気が点いておらず、物価高もあり、朝食はやっていないとのことで… 飲み物だけなら出せますとのことで、コーヒーをいただいていると、サラダとフルーツならありますと、提供していただきました。 結果、物足りず、チェックアウト後、モーニングを食べに行きました。 事前に分かっていれば、他を選択していました。 それ以外は、問題なく気持ち良く過ごせたので、残念でした。
