A fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops to a gourmet meal.
The spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a big king bed with new, luxury pillow-top, matresses and Smart TV and a huge en-suite bathroom. Spacious and comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom number 2. Full beds x 2 in the bedroom number 3 and could accomodate 4 smal children.
Quiet time from 9pm to 9am.
Put all trash in the trash bin in front of the unit every day.

Overall it was good place to stay they only thing that really bothered me was that the master bedroom at night you had a bright light shining into the room so that made it hard to sleep I would have definitely been better if they had some black out curtains to block it out. Other than that everything else was fine.

The unit was clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Not enough dishes, utensils, only 3 table spoons, pots are burned, the numbers on the stove handles had been worn off. No cleaning supplies (disinfecting spray). No soap dishes in bathrooms and kitchen. The worst part was at the check-out morning. The check-out instructions said 10:00 am. I took my dog out at 8:00 am. When I came back to the unit at 8:15 am the access code was not working. I was locked out of the apartment for about 1,5 hours. Owner was unreachable. HOA helped, but I was under stress on the street without my phone, ID, car key...

Perfect Location

My family and I stayed here to go to the MegaCon convention, which was within walking distance. The condo was exactly as subscribed. We were very comfortable. Parking was a little tight however we were able to find a parking space not far from our building. One of us slept on the pullout sofa, which had no sheets, but we made it work with a couple of blankets. The condo had no Keurig, but your basic coffee machine so the coffee that we brought we could not use. I couldn’t find any potholders in the kitchen, but otherwise everything else in the kitchen was stocked very well. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed the 19th til the 24th Dec. Pros: The condo was huge with plenty of space. There is another room turned into a small living room area which was great for the kids to play their video games while the adults had the main living room. Area was close to universal and icon parks. Complex was nice and we were near the basketball court and grills. Can see those from our balcony. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Also the host was very responsive! Cons: the shower curtain and tubs in both bathrooms were dirty. I had to buy gloves and cleaning supplies to clean them. The beds were cheap and had sunken spots where people had slept in them and the microwave didn’t work. However the host did send us a replacement. These cons were small and I would definitely stay here again.
