The guests next door to us had two dogs that barked for hours. We were unable to sleep The staff was able to rectify the issue to everyone’s satisfaction.

This property was the nastiest property that I have ever stayed at…This was our second time staying at this site and by far the worst we booked a handicap room since we were traveling with my mother who needed wheelchair access upon entering the room we were welcomed with the smell of urine… the bathroom had mold & mildew smell with visible mildew on the shower chair,dirty floors with hair visible throughout the bathroom floor…as I spoke to housekeeping she informed me that room had moisture issues yet they’re still booking out this room.still after talking to housing keeping and front desk staff nothing was done to accommodate us.. to make matters worse they decided to skip our room with cleaning that day. ROOM 123 at this site needs to be reevaluated and the moisture issues needs to be addressed ASAP. I will never book with this hotel or any other LaQuinta site again

Our stay was unfortunately a bit bumpy. While the staff was always polite and tried their best to help, the overall condition and maintenance of the property need serious improvement. From the day we arrived, we had issues with the door lock, our key didn’t work, and with only one person at the front desk handling everything, it made the process slow and frustrating. In fact, we were moved to two different rooms because of repeated problems with the locks, either the batteries died or the lock itself stopped working. At one point, our belongings even got stuck in the room, and we had to wait for assistance to get them out. I want to highlight that the staff, especially Emma, was kind and accommodating. She personally helped us with the door and made the situation easier to handle. However, even with their politeness, it was disappointing to lose valuable vacation time dealing with room changes and door issues instead of enjoying our trip. This hotel has potential, but proper staffing and better maintenance are definitely needed.
