The hotel was great. My issue lies with hotels.com. When I checked in, the hotel attendant stated that the total cost of the room would be $186. Hotel.com charged me $236.

There was food crumbs on our floor in the room all over. The “breakfast” area was dirty and absolutely limited offerings. Took a long time to check in because person in front of us was having some issue and no one else working to help out.

The room was clean, and free parking, the free breakfast was not even continental, it was what they called grab and go, coffee, yogurt, granola bars and yogurt. No coffee maker in the rooms. It was close to several restaurants.

Room was clean and up to date. Bathroom very clean and everything worked as it should. Shower was large and very nice. We did not use daily housekeeping nor did we eat breakfast there. Good value and a convenient place to stay for us. Staff very friendly and we had no issues while there.

Grab n go breakfast should not be classified as a free breakfast. There were no chairs in the lobby to sit on if you were waiting for someone. We had several electrical outlets in our room that would either not work at all or would work intermittently.

This property was brand new and did not feel like an extended stay. The staff was limited but friendly. The facility itself was very new, clean, and comfortable. The room was as comfortable as a Holiday Inn or any other typical hotel at typically twice as much. It was perfect for us because it was close to airport, but it was great value too!
