The breakfast was really good that they offer several options. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service that connect to and from the airport, but be aware that it stops at 9PM.

This property was great but the amenities list luggage storage while you wait for check in and they said it was to full so we could not walk around the area nd we got off a cruise ship and got there at 10:30. We just sat around till 3:00 since we did not want to leave our luggage unattended and they said they would not be responsible for it. They also told us there was no early check in. So we sat there for hours waiting not wanting to leave with all our luggage. Other than that the place was great.

Very disappointed. Desk clerks looked bored when checking in. I don't like places with "hidden" fees, and a $10/day parking fee for a place like this so far from the airport for guests that aren't flying is outrageous, particularly when there is PLENTY of street parking. They're just gouging customers, and you have to dig deep into "Amenities" to find this fee listed. The room smelled bad. When you first enter it was pretty overwhelming, although I did get used to it pretty quickly. They seem to feel that washcloths aren't needed, so they aren't provided. Had to use a hand towel as a washcloth. Only 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels provided. The plastic bathtub / shower in my room had a crack in the bottom that cut my foot. Water is no doubt leaking down into the rooms below. Front desk didn't seem interested in getting it fixed. The TV selection sucked. More than half the channels were garbled like they were not going through a converter box. Something fishy there. On the positive side, there were no bugs, (I was on the 5th floor). The bed was reasonably comfortable, a bit firm for my tastes but that's a preference issue. Pillows were small but plentiful. The water pressure was OK, and you got hot water quickly without having to wait. Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast...eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, juices, cereal. Nothing fancy mind you, but hey, it wasn't bad.

Stay was satisfactory, the shuttle was good and for travel stress was unable to partake in breakfast. Suggest complementary drinking water per room. Close proximity to the airport is a plus
