A very horrible experience 😢

The condo where myself and family stay at 8763 Worldquest Blvd was a horrible lving condition that should have been rented out. It had a terrible smell. The microwave had rust inside of it. I was scared to use the tub in the master bedroom because of the loose faucet knob. The toilet wouldn't flush at times. To top off my stay there I didn't know if you unlocked the front door from the inside it automatically lock. I walked outside the door and was locked out with my cellphone and all if our property inside the unit I immediately went to the front lobby to get Help. I was told they have no contact information for the owner or the host. The day in which this horrible situation occurred was my Birthday . Unable to to contact the host I had no other choice but to call a locksmith thar cost me 150.00 Finally after being locked out from 3:30 P.M. and getting in at 9:30 P.M. I checked my emails and received a email from my host Nathan Freitas at 5:30 P M. stating he had received a call from the front desk telling him we were locked out the unit. He stated he had a spare key if we needed him to come ope door. I called him the next morning and asked him why didn't he come and open the door which would have saved me 150.00. He replied I didn't call him. He was Very Rude and very unprofessional. I unformed him I was give a complaint on him on how me and my family was treated. He yelled in the phone "Miss "Go Screw Yourself. He should be fired for the way he treated us. We spent our money for a remember great vacation for my birthday that we didn't have. I will Never book here again. Due to my Very horrible experience I will inform all my family, friends and co-workers that I work law enforcement with that this company doesn't value their customers sincerely Joanne Cobb

I booked this property at least 6 weeks before the reservation. Even after several attempts to get the address and check in information i did not get the address or check in information until check in time the first day of the reservation. Luckily I knew the resort it was in. After arriving we discovered that the room with two single beds had hair on the sheets of one bed and blood stains on the bedding of the second bed. My roommate for the stay had to seek a hotel room at the last minute. I insisted that the owner supply new bedding immediately. It did not show up until the third day. A huge disappointment. The owner has not offered to refund any of my money which is terrible customer service. Overall this person should not be offering this place if he can’t be more responsive.

The condo was lovely. Thank goodness for the elevator or you would have had to walk up four flights

Over all it was great! Appliances need updating and there need to be more towels and toilet paper supplied. I didn't read the fine print and had to find out the hard way that the Condo does not include usage of pool.

Convienient place to stay, had short comings

Good location to event & shopping and a good price. Nice resort overall. The main issue when we arrived the second bedroom had NO dresser to put clothes in. The manager bought a plastic 3 drawer unit from Walmart. There were other issues that I had to repair, replace, or just deal with, including a constantly running toilet tank, a toaster that toasted on one side only, one set of 4 for silverware, no cereal bowls, range burner was defective, kitchen light did not work reliably. The kitchen appliances need updating because they are falling apart or broken. The Vrbo manager was very responsive and tried to address our concerns & issues which was much appreciated.

Florida blue classic

My experience at this property was basically perfect. The WiFi worked well it was spacious and it was good location. The proximity to everything is basically 30 mins or less so it’s a great rental that I would definitely use again in the future.
