It was a roach motel. Don’t stay there. We saw roaches in the shower and in the iron as we were trying to use it. I told the front desk, and the lady said “I’ll leave a note.”

There were two bugs in the bathroom and gum inside a lamp. Easy to miss so I get them being there, otherwise our experience was great

The room smelled stale. There was no microwave or coffee pot, one washcloth for two guests, the night clerk (young woman) was horribly rude and deliberately unhelpful, rooms were available but she said there were none. Stayed there at least 5 times but NEVER again. Lounge has never been open. In the summer the pool was closed 24/7

This hotel has bad customer service the rooms aren’t well prepared every time I go the there’s no towels bugs bit me the blow dryer is messed up no irons they have coffee with no coffee maker the bed spread smells like bleach an very old the workers seems like they speak no English when I ask them for towels they don’t understand I call the receptionist for towels she get the mind today to me come an get the towels at the front desk is this why we pay for rooms for inconvenient or convenience my god this place is r Terrible

It was the worst place I ever been to. A motel would've been better. Tje bed was so uncomfortable, there was 2 towels only in bathroom one was a beach towel and has a clorox stain and the white one was so crunchy feeling it wasn't even touched. Bathtub pleeling, thr chair to desk was a preled and old. Heat smelled burnt. Was like being in a shelter. I wokr up with body aches. Made not even want to shower cause there were no towels to dry yourself or any thing.
