The rooms were great. Clea, good beds and amenities and everything worked. Good breakfast too. The staff was exceptional. The front desk provided extra assistance to get an extra room outside of the normal reservation restrictions.

We enjoyed our stay and an EZ walk to the Fox Theater. We wished they had a hot tub! Also floors slippery in the shower/ bathroom. Watch out!

We got into town a little later than expected, but the front desk person was kind, quick, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyable location with Jack London, Chinatown, and Downtown all within a short to moderate walk. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is always very polite and courteous. But there was a person already staying in the room they gave us! We walked in on them. It was awful. They quickly gave us another room but they didn't comp us at all. It was disconcerting experience.

The hotel was very clean, nicely renovated, food delivery was easy because they are connected to Grubhub, and the staff was very friendly. But it isn’t in such a nice area. Parking is costly daily and there isn’t house keeping after 4pm. If you don’t care about seeing obscene things randomly this place is great. It doesn’t bother me. I would stay here again. Although it was more expensive than the hotel around the corner, Ramada, my colleagues stayed in.
