West Inn on Weston - Great for Families

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

Our space is a great place for families located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car.

The rental is a private apartment in a split level home (there is a completely separate upper rental apartment) with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms.

The living room has been set up to be a third bedroom with a pull-out queen sized bed. Total, the rental can sleep six adult guests.

Because it is one of two private apartments in the home, there is a possibility for noise such as creaky floors or hearing other guests. It is the nature of apartment living.

It also has a patio and grill in the backyard for guests to use.

Okay for the area

Compared to other streets in the area, it was okay. The house was clean and enough space for our family of 4.We never used the kitchen. It looked clean, just dated.The bathroom was small but fine. It did seem strange the towels were all mismatched and old. The beds (especially the bunk beds) were pretty uncomfortable for us and the kids. The first night, there were no upstairs tenants so it was overall very quiet. But when someone was staying upstairs, you could hear every footstep.I don't think they were being loud on purpose, just an old creaky house.

Great place!

Very clean 2 bedroom one bathroom bottom floor of a split level house. Host answered all questions quickly and helped me get my kid's passports. James is a great guy. Highly recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area again I will only stay here!

Great property, as described on listing. James was so easy to communicate with and was able to provide suggestions on tours and restaurants in rhe area. Only downside would be the creaking floors, but that comes with an older home.

Very quiet and friendly location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to everything… The aquarium, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Lewiston… Wonderful little town… So much to do and this location was perfect! It is 100 year old home with hardwood floors, a library of books, a quaint little kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The patio was nice to relax at in the evening. It reminded me of my grandmother‘s house and was very comfortable and homie….James, the owner, was available at all times and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and I would recommend to anyone. We sure enjoyed our stay and thank you James, for a lovely time!

Quaint neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the Niagara Falls’ sights! The home was clean, cozy and comfortable! Although other reviewers mentioned the neighborhood you had to drive through to access the property, we had no issues with it and had no safety concerns. As big coffee drinkers, we would recommend the host consider a larger coffee pot! We had a wonderful weekend getaway and highly recommend this property to others visiting the area.

Cozy great location.

This place is super conveniently located and near yet far from the rush of the falls and perfect for a family. It has bunk beds which can never go wrong with kids :) James was very responsive and we got to meet him briefly for a issue with the pull out couch , which he promised to replace with a more comfortable and a more proper pull out bed for the next guest, which I am hoping will make it a perfect 5 star :) Overall as a family we had good time here and will return !!

We loved our stay! This house was perfect for our visit to Niagara Falls. It was super clean and plenty of room for my family of 4. A lot of reviews talked about “squeaky floors,” and we got a good laugh about that. We thought it was perfectly authentic to the area. Would highly recommend!

Niagara Falls 2024

Family enjoyed our stay. This simple old house - located in an old old quiet neighborhood provided a close place to stay while we did lots of touristy things in the USA & Canada. Squeaky floors - oh well the house is old. Loved shower pressure! We didn’t stay in the house long as we were sightseeing the majority of our stay! Host was very responsive when I contacted him which was greatly appreciated.

Weekend at the niagara Falls

We really enjoys the house. The house was very clean and had a unique antique style. The hardwood floors were very nice but a little creaky the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The drive to Niagara Falls was short, however, The surrounding neighborhood seemed a little rough.
