The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. We ask about few things they were pleasant. We asked for a couple of towels they brought way more than a couple also showed up with them very fast. The only thing negative was the pool water was a bit cold.

the room was clean and the staff did what they had to to make the visit good. there was lots of parking and it was a busy weekend. what really upset us about the experience was that they charged us for parking. they actually charged us more than local lots. Not a good business practice.

Check in staff pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and clean but it did seem to lack furniture (no chairs at table etc). Hotel did seem a little dated but overall, we thought it was great value for money. About a 15 minute walk to the Falls.

We have been coming to this hotel before Covid during Covid and after Covid this hotel has always been amazing even before the renovations the atmosphere is amazing the customer service is so wonderful. And the price is very cheap for such a clean and well maintained hotel. Perfect for a little trip away from home or for business I cannot recommend this hotel enough beautiful establishment 10/10! Must stay here atleast once!
