.Our sink was clogged and broken, hair all over bathroom floor. The hallways were littered with trash,water from pool and cigarette butts.The beds we so uncomfortable that most of us didn't sleep. We got up early for breakfast, however there were so many people we couldn't get anything. The parking lot was disgusting.

I would not return to this place.

It is a very old hotel. Not clean at all, maybe just the sheets on the bed but I regret not bringing my sandals so I don't have to walk barefoot in my room. There were crumbs and smells weird. It is also noisy, you can hear people talking in other rooms. Breakfast is waffles, bread, coffee and juice.

Older then the Hills

I would call this place at the bottom of the "Hotel" spectrum. The hotel sits on a busy, noisy street. The bathroom sink was 'outside' the bathroom, next to the room door. A slight smell of mold was noted. Most disappointing were the thin walls and the loud, cursing people partying in the room next door delaying any attempt to fall asleep. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the TV, refrigerator, and AC all worked well.

The room were not clean like the floor was dusty when we arrived in room at 11pm. Breakfast was ok...just waffles and bread and juices , and coffee... Microwave was not working. The only good thing was that they allowed us somewhat more time for checkout around 12 to 1 pm ..... Area nearby was good .

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient — just one bus ride away from the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We had the same items every day: pancakes, white bread, tea, coffee, yogurt, and bananas. It would have been nice to see more variety in the breakfast offerings.
