First of all, I actually wanted to book Quality Hotels and suites but due to same names, I ended up booking this place. I did call Expedia customer service for cancellation but they didn’t cancel it. So, I had to spend a night there. Place was quiet old and I could see the dirt on table and lamps. Also, towels were not completely clean. I would say, it was one of the terrible place I had stayed.

Rooms were dirty, floor, bathroom were dirty. Never freshened it up even on night 2. Fire alrm kept going off in middle of the night. Bed was sagging in the middle. They should be ashamed. Never returning.

I like the wood floors in the rooms, but seems like there’s no sound proof in the room, we were not able to sleep good, it was too noisy, we can hear the rooms before us , then saw the firemen in the hallway because they said someone smokes in the room 🙄 and for real? No elevators, my Mom has knee problems and had a hard time climbing stairs.

We were the room right by the pool so we could hear all the people in there until 9:00 p.m. also the floors were dirty and the hallways. There was a lot of yelling in the hallway at night. But if they just clean up a little more it would be a lot better.

The hotel needs an upgrade. But the staff was friendly. Breakfast was clustered and hard to manage getting any food. The pool was nice but there wasnt any towels provided there. When we came to our room the floor has some crumbs and things on it and there was hair in the bathroom. The wifi didnt work for us.

My wife was turned off by the tub being dirty Floor in hallway was noticeably dirty. Staff friendly and amenities like iron board, iron, fridge, swimming pool were nice. Still an enjoyable stay but I would suggest we step up cleaning.

So, I mean, little holes in the wall and pealing wallpaper and completely opaque, dirty windows are bad enough, but then add some bloody tissues in the safe, dirt on the floor and in the ice bucket, a used coffee disk in the water receptacle on the coffee maker, and you start getting a feeling that this place doesn't give a S***
