Great Location

Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was oustanding, just one and a half bocks from Niagara State Park

The breakfast was not what we were expecting. The line for the waffle was so long and it took us almost 30minutes before we just gave up and pick up other food instead (bread, bagels, cup cake, apple). It was terrible.

The bathrooms in the lobby were dirty and in terrible condition. Breakfast was very poor — just bread, waffles, bagels, and cupcakes. No eggs, sausage, or bacon, and no utensils to eat with. They said the full breakfast is only on weekends. Overall, the place is overpriced for what it offers. I wouldn’t stay here again

Despite the parking fee, availability on the property is limited. Furthermore, the rooms presented cleanliness issues, and the provided toiletries were insufficient. Room service was unavailable after 9 PM. The continental breakfast was poorly executed, with limited options, disorganization, and inadequate seating. Customer service also presented significant shortcomings.

Good location for the falls. Parking confusing on arrival, we were there for the weekend at the falls so we didnt move the car while we were there but if youre staying longer and want to explore the area it would get frustrating.

no Quality in this Quality in don't stay there

this is one of the worst hotel I've ever been to The room has molds, not just in the bathroom, but in the main room and they're aware of it instead of fixing the problem they paint over it but mildew still visible and the smell of the mold cannot be hidden The carpet smells disgusting dusty, it's Old and has a lot of wear and tear and could not be cleaned further there were spots on the carpet on the comforter on the sheets on the pillows. The noise level was unbelievable The breakfast service was one of the worst. The tables were dirty. The carpet were the breakfast area was disgusting.

Excellent room at a modest price for hotels in the area. Clearly a favorite of international visiting families. Front desk hospitable, friendly and helpful. Common areas showing some age. The only thing that needs significant improvement is breakfast. Most guests found the food choices limited & difficult to find in a disorganized atmosphere. Staff, when frustrated with customer complaints, sometimes had a "what-do-you-expect-for-free-breakfast?" retort. Of course it is NOT FREE, but something covered within the total price!! Like the towels in the room, etc. But yes, I would stay there again.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero la atención no es buena, la habitación estaba sucia desde las sabanas de cama, piso y baño. Por favor verifique el servicio de limpieza porque es terrible. No volvemos a ese Hotel.

The hotel needs an update asap. The entrance is ugly, the elevator smells like a mechanic shop, It was not clean. The bathroom had an ugly smell the soap was on the dispenser who knows for how long or they use a cheap soap but the smell was terrible . The toilet paper holder was broken, The sheets on one of my beds had orange stains . the breakfast area was not clean at all and they didn’t have any employee checking neither cleaning the area . people were making waffles and all the mixture , was spilled on the counter, plastic cups with the waffles liquid mixture all over the counter . The orange juice did not taste like orange juice at all . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone . Also after the first night , we decided to leave this place and book another hotel and we informed the hotel clerk that we were checking out , we returned the keys and she was kind and said ok no problem. But we were charged for the 3 nights !!! .we opened a claim for it . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone .
