Staff is so responsive and friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were clean aside from som scuffs on bathroom wall near sink. The shower oh my goodness is heavenly i love having the shower shampoo and conditioner and body wash there the towels are amazing. The bed and sheets are so comfortable my goodness like sleeping on and in a cloud. Very nice size tv and we liked thay you could adjust the temperature yourself. Love having the kurig machine in the room so very convient.
