The staff was very kind and courteous. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom towels and products were adequate. We did try the breakfast, and there were a lot of foods to choose to your liking, which were the temperatures you would expect for cold/hot items. The staff was often tidying the area and keeping things pleasant although it was fairly busy this weekend with families arriving and departing. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the area by foot, and aside from hot showers and a comfortable bed, the location was probably the BEST part of our stay.

Excellent location, right in front of the Niagara Falls Park. The room was comfortable and spacious. Dinner options outside. Parking is available for $10 per night. At breakfast time, the restaurant is crowded. Overall, it is good.

The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Niagra Falls. Its only 1 block away from the park and 5 minutes from the American and Bridal Veil falls. You are able to see the nightly firework show.The staff at the hotel are respectful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean the beds are extremely comfortably. The continental breakfast is a big plus. I will definitely book here at again.

The location is perfect. Breakfast was fabulous. The breakfast staff made sure all items, of which there were many, were stocked. In fact all staff-front desk, cleaning-- all excellent. Problem in our room: most electrical outlets did not work.

I loved this hotel, it was clean and windows opened to allow ventilation and the bathrooms had fans. All that keeps it smelling nice. You could hear the falls at nught, and the beds were comfy. I missed having a pool, and the bathrooms were a bit tiny but otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Definitely recommend.
