The staff was not friendly, and we did not receive housekeeping assistance or fresh towels despite multiple requests. Under the pretense of being environmentally friendly, rooms are not cleaned unless specifically requested in advance. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a more welcoming experience upon arrival, clearly explain housekeeping policies, and ensure that guest requests are addressed in a timely manner.

The free breakfast wasn’t very good . The biggest problem we had was every morning there was no hot water to shower it did eventually return in the afternoon but very inconvenient.

Great location, right next to the falls and the park entrance. Room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. The area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy at night, but overall, for the price and location, it’s a solid place to stay.

Great location for the American side, very convenient to walk to the fall, and parking was easy, but an additional $10 a day. We had reserved a two queen room upper level, but none was available when we arrived because they weren’t cleaned. They gave us an “upgrade” to a handicap accessible room, which we did not like it all. It was basically two rooms with the inside wall removed and the TV was on one end and our bed on the other. Plus, only one chair.But at least they tried.
