Honestly, it is an older motel and looks a bit seedy from the outside. However, the room was very clean, the bed was most comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate...lots of pretty flowers. The breakfast was adequate. Also, it has a very good price point. I recommend it.

The bed was decent. The shower was awful. It was jury rigged together. The shower wasnt very clean. No coffee maker in room & the one in lobby was locked up except for breakfast. The hotel was full of an ethnic group of people & you couldnt get breakfast or sit down. They just took over the whole place.

Clean and roomy (though the bathroom is quite small). Very small breakfast area was totally packed the day we were there so I can't comment on breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep while at Niagara Falls, this is a good option.
